The location is close to many Universities and learning institutions. This flat is perfect for students but professionals are also welcome because the existing household is mature and neat. Hello! Our names are Jenny and Natalie and we have lived in this apartment for almost 3 years. It is a pre-war, very very spacious true three bedroom on the upper west side. The room available is unfurnished, however the rest of the apartment is furnished. We love this apartment and love the area, and currently we are in the process of looking for a new roommate to join our lease for the remainder of our lease term (ending August 31 2019). The location is great: 1 block away from the 1 train at 79th, and 2 avenues from the B/C trains and central park west. We are 2 avenues from museum of natural history, around plenty of bars, restaurants and movie theaters as well as within a 10 minute walking distance from a whole foods, trader joes and fairway. The building is old, and is a 4th floor walk up, but is very clean, charming and has a very homey feel! Heat and water are included in rent. Internet/cable and electric are separate from rent and range from 80 dollars total each per month to a bit higher in the summer months when we have our AC units on. We are looking for someone alot like us: a professional person, responsible, clean and respectful, who enjoys keeping things low key during the week. We are requiring whoever will be joining us to fill out an application with our management company which includes a background and credit check, and be added to our lease pending approval of application. Room will be available as early as January 10th for move in, first month rent (January) will be pro-rated based on the move in date. Security deposit is $2700 per person
*No roommates nor fees* (The app wouldn't let me select "1 bedroom, 0 roommates" $2800/month No broker fee This a completely private, fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment - large, very nice living area. Nice kitchen and bathroom. 2nd floor walk up. No doorman. No elevator. Located between Central Park and 1,2,3 train. I got a new job, so I will be moving out. Looking for someone to take it over.
Hi there, have a beautifully furnished, modern two bedroom apartment close to all transport on the UWS. Am a professional woman working from home looking for someone who commutes into the city and wants a place for the weekdays.
This is a gorgeous apartment in the UWS. I would never leave here if I were staying in the city, because the apartment is HUGE (close to 1,000 sq ft), and located in a pre-war brownstone right next to Central Park. It comes with its own washer/dryer, dishwasher, huge fridge, a working fireplace, and you'll have your own bathroom. The whole apartment has high ceilings which and gets great light so it feels even more homey, stylish, and spacious. There are two roommates, both women, one in her 30s who works as a pilates instructor, the other in her 20s working as a pharmacist. The apartment is a 4 minute walk from the B and C trains and an 8 minute walk from the 1,2, and 3 trains. Or you can take a very quick cross town bus over to the UES to the 4,5, and 6 trains. Whole Foods and Home Goods are 3 blocks away. Trader Joes is only 1 block away. Super super convenient location and friendly neighbors. The room itself is cozy but extremely quiet. It has built in closet storage and an option to buy some of the bedroom furniture if you need any. The window looks out to the courtyard so you don't get any street noise. This is a lease take-over so I am looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease (ends Oct 31, 2019). It really is a fabulous place and a very rare find. It's not usual to find something this nice for this price in the UWS!

My friends will tell you I'm kind, funny, with an eclectic taste for culture and people.
