Hi ladies! We are looking for one roommate for our UWS apartment! Lacey has been living there for 2 years, I joined her a year ago, and we love it. The lease starts 8/1 and goes through July 2027.

About the apt (Located on 104th St.) & room:

• $1,900.00/month plus wifi and electricity
• 4 bed 2 bath, this room will share the massive bathroom with me (Julia)
• West facing bedroom choice (10’ x 7’9“), fits full/queen bed and tall dresser
• Laundry in unit
• 4th room is shared with the roommates as extra storage / office / guest room
• Open concept kitchen & living room
• Elevator building, unit on the 6th floor
• Lots of young & friendly residents in building
• 2 blocks from Central Park
• Walking distance to Wholefoods, Trader Joe’s, Target, Home Goods, & Sephora We looking for a clean, friendly, kind, respectful roommate, & must be 25+ years old. Looking forward to meeting you!

About the roommates: Lacey: 28 years old, works as a creative in advertising, in office about 3 days a week and the rest from home. Orginally from Utah, she loves to road bike, go to the movies, walk around the park, and find new places to eat. Passionate about interior design, movies and TV. Chill roommate who likes to have a chill apt and is always down for making new friends! Julia: 31 years old, I work in marketing, in office most of the week and sometimes from home on Fridays. I’m from France and have been living New York for almost 3 years now. Love going to live shows, catch new (or old) movies, long walks and discovering new thrift stores. Respectful roommate, love sharing a place that truly feels like home in the city.
