The entire apartment has hardwood floors, full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (front), and your lofted bedroom (back). Both bedrooms feature exposed brick.
A Large, sunny living room on the 2nd floor overlooking Tompkins Square Park.
From the living room, steps lead up to a glass door onto a large deck just for our apartment, views of all midtown skyline-down to the freedom tower.

East Village prime location- 1 block to Tompkins Square Park. 2 blocks to L Train (1st Ave Station), Trader Joe’s, Target, and Whole Foods.
Price: $2,600/month. High-speed Wi-Fi and gas are included. ConEd electric split 50/50 each month.
Move-in: August 1st (can show the room starting July 15th)
No official lease sign-on required. Looking for a 6-month commitment to start, with the option to extend.
