About the room
Welcome! I am renting a very large bedroom with a great closet space, shelves in closet, a computer desk, 1 big dresser with 4 drawers, 2 night stand with 2 drawers and 2 chairs. The room is the size of studio apartment. All you would need to bring is your clothes and laptop. You are welcome to use the kitchen and living room. There is very fast internet in the apartment. There is a wash machine and dryer in the basement and across the street. The building has an elevator, ramps (great for moving things in) and key fob access for security. Close to everything (supermarket, gyms, restaurants, shops, etc.) The A train (4 stops from downtown) is around the corner and George Washington Bridge is a few blocks away. Friendly neighbors.
About the roomies
I am looking for a professional who would like a peaceful home to live in. No parties, loud music, smoking, drugs or animals in the unit. You are welcome to cook in the kitchen as long as you cleanup after yourself. Storage space in the kitchen will be provided for your food.
The room is for one person only.
