Hey, I’m Taylor, 29M. Easygoing and pretty low-key day to day, usually out exploring the city on weekends, at the gym, or at my desk in the living room getting work done. I have a corporate job that I walk to every day. I really enjoy concerts and going to raves on weekends.
I currently am in the small room in my current apartment, it’s basically a cave in there, no windows. As a result, if I’m at home, I’m usually chilling at my desk in the living room, usually getting work done - either corporate work or creative work. I never use the kitchen so I like to keep the kitchen area tidy. The other room is really nice, it’s got a tv and couch, walk in closet, and really nice bathroom, and then there’s a big couch and tv in the living room in addition to my desk. I’m looking for someone to take over the other room.
The lease renews in January. If you like the place you can potentially take it over, but my current plan is to leave or go briefly month-to-month at the end. Landlord and I have a good relationship.
I’m also into making YouTube content and creative projects on the side. I’m very early in the content creation journey, but if you’re someone who’s building or creating something too, we’ll probably vibe. Mostly I’m just looking for someone cool, considerate, and generally clean to share a really nice apartment with.
