Looking for one or two respectful, tidy roommates. This is truly a great house with pretty much everything anyone could desire. Brand new spa, remodeled kitchen and bathroom with fully renovated front & back yard. The house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, and the kitchen is fully furnished with anything a cook could desire. Bedrooms are medium sized and each has a large personal smart TV. How’s uses AT&T fiber for internet connection, works like a champ. I live in the master bedroom and rent out the three other bedrooms.

The house is located at 307 Jeffrey Drive; about one mile from Cal Poly and two miles from downtown. It’s at the base of Bishops Peak and Madonna Mountain off Foothill Blvd, no parking permits are required in this area, and street parking is available.

A little about me, I own the home and was very fortunate to buy this house while attending Poly. I’m local and have spent my life living in San Luis Obispo County. I graduated with a degree in Agricultural Business in 1994. My senior project was opening a liquor store that I successfully ran for 20 years and since selling, I’ve bartended and worked on large landscaping projects with some occasional BBQ jobs. I’m still a very active member of the Cal Poly alumni, especially in the athletic department. I am a single male with no children that enjoys sharing my house with fun, interesting people with nearly 20 years of roommate history. Other room is currently rented to Poly landscape architect who will be receiving his degree in 2027

The room is available June 1st, or June 12th or July 1st, the lease ends May 31st, 2027, at midnight. Rent is $1,300 per month; this includes all Utilities and house supplies. A security deposit of $900 will be collected when lease is signed, and rent will be collected before you move into the house. Hope to hear from you soon!
