The house has so much living space: a large living room upstairs and downstairs, a patio with lots of space, a spacious kitchen, 5 bedrooms, and two bathrooms. I am looking for a sublessee for the first semester for a double room that would also be a single if you’re willing to pay the full rent. If you have a group of girls, it could aslo be a wonderful place to fill with your friends!

We are all Cal Poly students who will be going abroad in the fall. There will be one girl named Malia who goes to Cuesta Community College who will be there for the fall semester. She is a sweet, dedicated student, athlete, and overall greatroommatee.
