Looking for someone to sublease a private room in the townhouse I’m currently renting. This is not a shared room. The place is in a great location, about a 10-minute walk to Cal Poly campus, and includes one parking space. Computer in living room is the moving roommates and will be gone.

About the roomies
I’m a 26-year-old male Cal Poly business student. I work part-time doing CAD work online, and I’m local to the area. I enjoy being outside, spending time in nature, golfing, and watching movies. I don’t smoke, and I like to keep a clean, relaxed household.
