Townhouse in a great neighborhood near terrace hill. 2 Bed 3 Bath house with a nice kitchen, living/dining room, in unit washer/dryer, as well as a 2 Car garage. The room that is becoming available has plenty of space with your own bathroom, a closet, and a large personal deck. There is a second shared balcony in addition to your private one. The room is mostly unfurnished except for a desk and the deck furniture. House is a nice 10 min walk to a park and has easy access to a bike/walking path that gives you a 20 min walk to downtown. Room is a 12 month lease.

My current roommate is moving out, leaving just me until a replacement is found. I am 23, graduated from Cal Poly in 2025 and now work as an engineer here in SLO. Love to be outdoors mostly hiking, mountain biking, or swimming. Love to tinker and have a decent workspace in the garage. At home I am pretty quiet, but do like to go out on occasion and am open to making friends if desired. I prefer to keep things clean/organized and expect my roommate to as well.
