About the room
This a single ROOM for lease in a 4 bedroom house. The home is located near Higuera st. Walking to downtown just off Madonna. This is the price for the single room and it shares a bathroom with one other single. It will come furnished with a twin XL bed and a desk. Each bedroom has a coded door lock with a personalized code for privacy and security. The living room is also furnished with a dining table, sofa, chair, and large TV. The washer and dryer are on the back patio and you will have access to a large backyard with fruit trees. Currently only 2 rooms are available as two of the current female tenants are extending their lease from last year. One room is available starting in August and one on September.
About the roomies
The two tenants staying on are both female. One is a student at Cal Poly and the other works at Cal Poly. We are the owners and live about 3 hours away but are very easy to communicate with. My son is a graduate of Cal Poly so we are very fond of the local area and the students in SLO.
