The room is large, originally meant to accommodate two people. There are an equal number of outlets for both people and two separate closets. Room dimensions: 9’4“ x 14’6“. There is one full bathroom and a second sink vanity in the hallway. My housemate has her own room. The apartment is well furnished and clean, my housemate and I clean it thoroughly every Sunday :) The property is a 15 min walk or 3 minute bike ride from Cal Poly’s campus!
l am a fifth year Cal Poly student who works part time! I’m generally a bit quiet and I like to keep my room tidy. I like movies, books, and hiking! My housemate is a mechanical engineering student who graduated this year. She likes romcom movies and is passionate about areospace, satellites, rockets.
