Hi everyone! This house is only a 5 minute walk from downtown! This is a historic house with high ceilings, big windows and is a cozy place to call home. The kitchen is a big open bright space.

There are 3 bedrooms in the house, and one bathroom. The bedroom is the one pictured, but will be unfurnished at the move in date.

There is TONS of space for storage, including a private shed in the yard.

The backyard is massive! There are grape vines, lemons, oranges and figs currently growing in the back.

There is a laundry room in the backyard as well.

Rent is $1200 per person, and the house is responsible for utilities (about $60/person a month).

There is free street parking as well.

We can have someone move in as early as August 1st. Current roommates are a woman and a man, both working. This is an LGBT friendly household. Please reach out if you have any questions and/or would like to tour the house! Texting is the best way to get in touch.

I work from home 9-5:30 most days. After work I fairly regularly have (quiet) friends over or go to meet them or attend fencing clubs. Typically I’m in bed by 10:30.
