We live in a lovely area of Irvine, in The Irvine Company Turtle Rock Vista Apartments which can be seen online, including the 3 bedroom 2 bath floorplan. 9 washers and 9 dryers only steps from our front door and lots more on property as well. Along with a pool, jacuzzi, and small gym. Another pool is located on property and faces Mason Park rough, with Mason Region Park across Culver drive. My dog and I walk there as well up to Concordia University and sometimes over the dirt road all the way over to Sand Canyon, it’s only 10,000 steps round trip (or maybe a few more when we have time to explore further). Keeping in mind the size of my home, we choose not to have overnight guests. AND you also receive a parking permit for onsite parking. Oh, and one more thing that roommates do appreciate, we have a wonderful professional cleaning crew which comes approximately every 3-4 weeks and we each pay only $60 for this service. I cover all utilities, schedule all repairs & maintenance and all that kind of stuff. Hope this sounds pretty good and look forward to answering any questions you may have.

This is my home and I have lived here since 2020 with roommates. The current roommate has been here since 2022 and hopes to stay for another year. He is very quiet, always busy and out of the home for work, the gym and often away for the weekend with friends. He keeps the shared bathroom very neat and clean. And of course, the housecleaners come every 3-4 weeks to do the nitty gritty that almost none of us want to do (as mentioned above). Your unfurnished room is ready and waiting for you.
