works within walking distance. He is busy, easygoing, likes to cook which makes the home smell wonderful and my small dog likes him a lot. He is in his 3rd year in the apartment.
Your room & shared bathroom will be available to move in approximately NOW! Rent is $1,400/mo for 12 months, and your 1/3 cost for professional housecleaning is $60 every 3-4 weeks.
A One time application fee $45 is charged by the Irvine Company. I never see your information.
Plenty of parking and a parking permit.
Lots of washers and dryers on site.
We have a nature view with walking trails galore.

I am busy and home quite often lately although that will probably change in the following months. I have a small dog and we do a lot of walking together. I respect your privacy and appreciate my roommates. The current roommate is quiet and busy and works walking distance from the apartment.
