I have a little 14lb mini golden doodle and she’s a sweetheart. There will be one room available to move in 7/20/26 (possibly sooner) and a shared bathroom.
Rent is $1,450/mo for 9-12 months plus professional housecleaning $60 (every 3-4 weeks). One time application fee $45 is charged by the Irvine Company and payable upon submission of your application.
Plenty of parking and a parking permit. Lots of washers and dryers on site.
We have a nature view with walking trails galore.

If you are still considering my home could you please share if you have had roommates before? If so, for how long? Are you comfortable with a 12 month lease? When would you like to move-in? Are you comfortable sharing a bathroom with another person? You will need to bring your own furniture.
A current roomie is employed at UCI. He likes to cook which makes the home smell wonderful. And this is my home and I & my little 15lb dog have been here since 2020. We love the walking trails, greenery, cool breezes b/c we are close to Newport Beach and Mason Regional Park is a short walk just across Culver.
