I have a little mini golden doodle and she’s a sweetheart. There will be one room available to move in 9/5 and a shared bathroom.
Rent is $1,400/mo for 12 months plus professional housecleaning $60 (every 3-4 weeks). One time application fee $45 is charged by the Irvine Company and payable upon submission of your application.
Plenty of parking and a parking permit. Lots of washers and dryers on site.
We have a nature view with walking trails galore.

If you are still considering my home could you please share if you have had roommates before? If so, for how long? Are you comfortable with a 12 month lease? When would you like to move-in? Are you comfortable sharing a bathroom with another person? You will need to bring your own furniture.
A current roomie is a student at UCI and works nearby. I am very grateful for how wonderful he has made the last 2 years in my home. He is busy, easygoing, my dog loves him. He also likes to cook which makes the home smell wonderful.
