I have a 3 bdrm 2 bath apartment in Turtle Rock Vista apartments, walking distance to UCI, University Center with Restaurants, Trader Joe’s, Target & more, Albertsons & more restaurants. One roommate is moving to Wisconsin to pursue his Masters and PHD. He is leaving June 1st and the room will be available Friday June 7th (sooner if needed). The unfurnished room will be available. Please bring your own furniture. The bathroom is shared with another roommate. He is in his early twenties, student at UCI, quiet, friendly, and kind. $1,350 for 12 months or more, 1/3 utilities $60 & professional housecleaners $60 (approx. every 3 weeks). Wifi and a tv in each bedroom. Plenty of parking and a parking permit. Lots of washers and dryers on site. We have a nature view with lots of walking trails. No overnight guests.
