One roommate has been here since 2023 and is leaving for some long distance hiking & camping and then a career change. He is leaving July 19th or earlier if you need to move sooner. The room is unfurnished. Please bring your own furniture. The bathroom is shared with another roommate. He is in his late 20’s and is a research analyst at UCI, quiet, friendly, and kind. $1,450 for 9-12 months depending on your plans and $60 for professional housecleaners (approx. every 3 weeks). Plenty of parking and a parking permit. Pool, jacuzzi, small gym, as well as washers and dryers only steps from our front door. We have a nature view with lots of walking trails. No overnight guests.
