The property is in a great location in Annapolis where you can avoid the incredibly high rent that is directly downtown, but still walk there in five or ten minutes. Sports and events fans have the Navy Stadium only a couple blocks up the street. Get onto 97 and 50 in only minutes (3 traffic lights and 2 miles). Neighbors are all private and generally quiet. Walk to many shops and restaurants and bars on West Street and in West Annapolis. I walk downtown for lunch routinely.
Washer and Dryer on premises. Gas Stove. Kitchen appliances are modern and in great shape.
The room itself is not very large, but the living room is nearly unused and available for use.
Parking is on street (Glenwood or Gennessee)
I am a 34 year old man who works as a contractor, largely from home or doing local visits to businesses. I am the homeowner. I am 420 and alcohol tolerant, but can't deal with tobacco smoke in the house.
My girlfriend, also in her 30s, is a 9-5 worker 5 or 6 days a week and generally lives here as well.
We are easygoing and friendly. In particular I am very happy to provide computer services, watch movies, and play games during downtime on weekdays.
Primary concerns for us are noise levels (one renter just went nuts on guitar too much), late night guests (honestly don't care if I can't hear em, but that never seems to be the case), and our adolescent kitten.
We are fairly tidy and keep the bathroom pretty clean, and insist on dishes being done routinely and not piling up.
Rent is month-to-month, no lease. One month deposit required on move-in.
