Help me, help you. side note rent and deposit are negotiable and I’m open to adjusting for the right roommate as well as open to accepting it in payments.
Currently in a 2bd 2ba apartment at Bayshore Landing apartment complex but roommate needs to move out ASAP. On my own, I was only approved conditionally. I make enough when it comes to the income, it’s just that my credit requires a co-signer.
Go online and check out the SkipJack at the Bayshore Landing. The water bill gets added to the rent (usually comes out to about $40) so electric and rent will be split between you and I. Parking is available, parking sticker required. It’s just a normal apartment complex parking lot, however they have covered areas available for an extra cost if you’re interested. You would have to be a co-applicant on the lease and ideally make 2.5-3 times rent(BUT if you don’t it’s okay. I already have the approval from the leasing office-don’t worry about making enough for income as I already qualify enough for the both of us, you’d just need to make sure your credit and background are good to go-that check is conducted by the office and there’s a $30 application fee) lease ends March of next year. About the roomies
Just me. No other roommates. I have no pets. I’m open to dogs(must comply with the apartment guidelines and pay whatever fees necessary to the apartment, ideally no cats - but up for a discussion about it if it’s a good fit.
