I am currently looking for a roommate to rent a room in my 2 bed 2 bath first floor condo near Truxton Park, less than 10 minutes from downtown. Rent includes utilities and Wi-Fi.

The room has a spacious closet, your own bathroom, and access to shared living spaces including in unit laundry. The community has a clubhouse including a pool, workout room, and billiards table. The room can be furnished or unfurnished if you would like.

My boyfriend and I are working young professionals. We are friendly, clean, and organized. We live with our cat Maple. Looking for a friendly and tidy roommate.
