This Apartment is the Bell apartment in Annapolis.(you can look it up online) It is a very nice with pool, nice lobby gym and many amenities. I am looking a short term/long term roommate to rent a private bedroom with its private bathroom. Washer and dryer are in the Unit. It is 4th floor and very bright facing south-east. The ideal roommate would be a non smoker, clean and not loud of course. The living room is furnished and your bedroom will have a twin mattress if you want to use it. I really do not mind if you have your bf/gf over. No pets as I am allergic other than that I am a kind person and I usually get along with people.
