Rent includes all utilities , including wifi and professional cleaning. Rent can be paid weekly or biweekly if needed. Close to super market, Windward Pkwy, Hwy 400, Avalon, Halcyon, Lake Lanier, North GA mountain. Good solo adventurers, business travelers, temporary move, no contract, no furniture rental cost .This ad is only for a room in the house. The room has an closet with lots of shelves, a small table and chair to work . Bathroom will be shared with one other guest if there is booking in other room . Clean and private . Sheets and towels are cleaned . Additional towels are available upon request. Access to common space and full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, oven, stovetop, toaster other electrical gadgets cutlery and utensils. Washer dryer access. I live there on and off and there might be two other guest . All mind their own busy and are very professional. Other details to note : We are not perfect. but our goal is to make you feel at home. If you need anything please don’t hesitate to ask. There is free parking spot next to driveway. I may have a small dog or two in case i am dog sitting . But they will be in my part of the house. No parties or events, or outside guests. No Smoking inside the house. No drugs or alcohol. Quiet time after 11 pm. Please be respectful of other people staying in the house.
