DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED, BUT CAN BE PAID IN TWO , THREE INSTALLMENTS. YOU WILL SHARE THE HOUSE WITH TWO- THREE OTHER HOUSEMATE . IT IS A FURNISHED HOUSE. We are professional and we do air b &b as well. Currently there is one more professional in this house. You will have to sign a month to month lease and by doing so you will be automatically agreeing and signing to all the rules and notes below. Rules: (1) To ensure we keep the floor and carpet clean for our guests enjoyment, we have a NO SHOES policy inside our home, beyond sun room. (2) No parties, no outside visitors, and no overnight guests. (3) Please show respect to our neighbors , and others. Quiet from 10 pm to 7 am. (4)We have a strict no drug use policy. No smoking or vaping inside the house. (5) Refrain from eating in other part of the house except kitchen, dinning and sun room. Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. (6) Please keep kitchen and other common areas tight, clean and in order if using. (7) Please clean the bathtub, sink , floor, toilet after use. (8) Please do not keep water running in Kitchen and bathroom Take short shower to protect the environment. (9) No candle or incense inside the room if not in the room. (10) Please help us care for our home during your stay. (11) Keep washer door open after use to dry out and empty the lint holder of dryer.(12)No downloading or torrenting unsanctioned copyrighted material (13) We love pets. But please no live pets, as other housemate might be allergic. (14)We all know rules sucks, so the last rule is: FEEL AT HOME, ENJOY AND HAVE FUN!!!
