This listing is for the furnished master bedroom with private attached bath, and two walk in closet in a house in safe neighborhood. You will share common space with two other guest. You will have access to Kitchen, dinning room, living room, laundry room, deck, and yard. The kitchen has all the essential appliances like microwave, stove, oven, toaster, grinder, slow cooker, rice cooker, hand mixer….. It also has all the necessary utensils like plates, glass, bowls, cups, spoons, fork ,knife…. Rent includes all utilities, wifi . Payment can be made weekly if needed with a extra charge of $50. Deposit can be made in installments .

Most of my guest stay in an average of 4 months or more. Hear the birds chirp while you enjoy a cup of coffee on the on the back deck, enjoy the quietness, before you head out for the day. Walk to the grocery store or gas station which is .5 to 1 mile away. Close to Cumming downtown and not far from Alpharetta and Johns Creek, Lake Lanier and Ga mountains.

There are 2 very friendly , cooperative guest in the same floor and one in the basement .
