My fiance and I own a large home in a gated community in Ocala Fl. The environment is quiet with very close friendly neighbors.
We have a suite that you would be renting. It consists of a furnished bedroom (queen sized mattress) dresser and side tables and a large closet, your private newly remodeled bathroom with shower. There is also an extra unfurnished bedroom which can be used as your living room or a storage area for your belongings. There is a closet in this area which we would have to use for our things. It would only be accessible with your permission while you are home. We are currently trying to get rid of things in this closet and it will also be available for you in the near future. There is a small hallway connecting all 3 rooms which is separated from the rest of the house by a pocketdoor. There’s a linen closet in this hallway. We have a large sunroom for your pleasure and we would share the kitchen and laundry areas. All utilities are covered in your rent.
There is a new small refrigerator/freezer in the garage that you can use as overflow or just use it as your own refrig.
There is driveway parking for you.
Our community has several pools, 18 hole golf course and many other activities you can join.
We have 2 small dogs who are non shedding. They will like u after you offer them a treat. We can not accommodate any other pets.
Please no overnight guests. We value our privacy and we will respect yours as well.
We tend to be neat, tidy and organized but we are not “over the top” in this regard.
We think u will enjoy living here.
I’m a retired NICU nurse. My fiance is a retired accountant. We like to keep busy working around our yard, traveling, hiking and just having a good time. We seldom entertain large parties in our home. We do have our families visit every yr for short periods.
We have 2 small dogs who do not shed. ( We cannot accomodate any other pets.)
