We live in a very secure gated community. It is close to shopping and great restaurants.
The suite we are offering for rent consists of 3 private rooms. A fully furnished bedroom with a queen bed, 2 sidetables a dresser and a ceiling fan. There is a newly renovated bathroom with a lge vanity and shower with enclosure. There is also a extra room with a closet and ceiling fan. This room can be your own private living room, a computer room or you could use it for storage.
The fully equip kitchen and laundry room is to be shared.
The 3 rooms in the suite is separated from the rest of the house by a pocket door.
There is driveway parking for one car.
We tend to be neat and tidy and would expect the same from you.

My fiance and I own this house. He is a retired accountant and Iām a retired NICU nurse. We like to travel, hike, attend concerts, grow our veg garden and spend time with our families. We are easy to talk to and enjoy meeting new people. We enjoy our privacy and will respect yours as well.
