This home is located in a quiet gated community in Ocala, Fl. The house has a security system and is well watched by our friendly neighbors.
I am renting a 3 room private suite. This is a furnished bedroom with a queen bed, dresser and night stands. There is a good sized closet plus a ceiling fan. There is a private newly renovated private bathroom with a shower and large vanity The 3rd room is unfurnished and can be your living room, computer room or to be used as a storage area for your items. These 3 rooms are separated from the rest of the home by a pocket door and will be accessed by the renter only.
The kitchen and laundry area will be shared. You will have drawers and cabinets to store your own food. We like to keep our home neat and tidy. However we are not over the top with this.
We have 2 nonshedding dogs. There are no other pets allowed on the property per our HOA regulations. The dogs are friendly once they get to know u. There is parking for one car in the driveway. We are a strict no drug house. We are not fond of people to drink to excess either. No overnight guests. Take a look and I think u will be pleasently pleased..
My fiance and I own this home. We are both retired. I was a Nicu nurse and he was an accountant. We have family and friends over occasionally but never for long stays.
We enjoy our privacy and will respect yours as well. We are usually busy with day trips, family, entertainment and our home.
