This home is located in a quiet gated community in Ocala, Florida. It’s close to shopping, good restaurants and many activities. There is an 18 hole golf course, several pools both heated and not. It also has a large fully equipped gym an 18 hole golf course, pickleball courts and many activites activities which you are welcome to join.
The rental is a “suite.” There are 3 rooms included. There is a fully furnished bedroom with a queen bed, dresser and 2 night tables as well as a ceiling fan. The closet is of good size There is a a newly renovated bathroom, complete with shower and glass enclosure and wide vanity. The 3rd room in this “suite” is an unfurnished room with a closet, ceiling fan and large window facing the garden in the back of the property. This spare room could be used as your own private living area. Maybe turn it into a computer/office . Or simply use it as a storage room for your belongings. These rooms are divided from rest of the home by a pocket door which really separates the living spaces. There is a small hall way which connects the 3 rooms along with a linen closet for your use.
The kitchen will be a shared space with plenty of counter space, work area and storage for your food. There is a small refrigerator in the garage which can be yours exclusive to use. We also have a large sun room for you to enjoy. The laundry area is to be shared as well. There is a sitting area in the front porch to enjoy the sun and rain. The back yard is gated with a small garden trees and flowers.
I’m a retired nurse and my fiancé is a retired accountant. We enjoy hiking, exploring, travel, concerts and any of the arts. We are outgoing and really enjoy our neighbors and of course our families. The neighbors are all very friendly and we all watch over our properties. The house has a security system. We very seldom have large parties here. However, we will let you know if we do so beforehand.
We have 2 small dogs who are friendly once you give them a treat. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any other pets. This is according to the our HOA. This is a no drug house.
Please no overnight guests. We enjoy our privacy and we will respect yours as well. We are clean and organized and the house shows it ….. I hope.
