The upstairs (this space) consists of a studio space with a kitchenette, bathroom, living area, and a bonus room on either side. It totals about 630 sq ft. The bonus rooms have sloped ceilings, so the shorter you are, the more walking space you have. If organized well, they are quite spacious, but we want to be totally up front that if you’re taller than 5’ 7“ or 5’ 8“, this space could be a little crowded for you, and you might want to check out our listing for the downstairs space. There is a laundry area downstairs that is shared with the lower apartment (2 bedroom just shy of 600 sq ft, also available soon). We’re located a few blocks from Lents Park and a few blocks from 82nd, nicely tucked into the neighborhood with convenient walking in any direction. Also on the property is a separate house. There is a front, middle, and backyard with seasonal apples and raspberries.
There aren’t any immediate roomies with the setup. While the internet and utilities are covered by us, and the laundry space is shared, the overall design was intended to make the space as separate as possible so that it is nearly it’s own self contained apartment. So you don’t have to worry about sharing fridge space or who’s in the bathroom. Feel free to ask questions. We’ll post pictures soon as we wrap up the final stretch.
