Room details: 2 bonus rooms upstairs and 2 normal bedrooms downstairs. This post is for one of the lower rooms. Each floor has its own common area of a kitchenette, bathroom, and living area. Upstairs tenants do not have access to the downstairs common areas and vice versa. Washer/dryer is located near the entry way with all four rooms having access to it. There is a front, middle, and back yard with seasonal apples and raspberries. Gardeners welcome. Location: We’re a few blocks from Lents park and a few blocks from 82nd, nicely tucked into the neighborhood. Very convenient for bus stops or max line, hopping on the freeway, or onto the main roads into downtown.
To get an idea of the environment, most of the tenants who come through are either college students finishing school or travelers (in Portland temporarily or landing here) usually around 18-27. While making friends is great, noone need feel obligated to entertain others as most tenants are quite independent with a focus on school or early career.
