The upstairs (where this space is) consists of a studio space with a kitchenette, bathroom, living area, and a bonus room on either side. It totals about 630 sq ft. The bonus rooms have sloped ceilings, so the shorter you are, the more walking space you have. They are quite spacious, but we want to be totally up front that if you’re taller than 5’ 7“ or 5’ 8“, this space could be a little crowded for you, and you might want to check our listings for the downstairs space. This room is the slightly larger of the two at about 200sq ft There is a laundry area downstairs that is shared with the lower apartment (2 bedrooms just shy of 600 sq ft). We’re located a few blocks from Lents Park and a few blocks from 82nd, nicely tucked into the neighborhood with convenient walking in any direction. Also on the property is a separate house where we live. There is a front, middle, and backyard with seasonal apples and raspberries.
There is another bonus room with ine tenant across from this one which shares the common areas upstairs. To get an idea of the environment, most of the tenants who come through are either college students finishing school or travelers (in Portland temporarily or landing here) usually around 18-27. Noone need feel obligated to socialize as most tenants are quite independent with a focus on school or early career.
