Beautiful studio apt.w/bedroom, and big balcony. Great area. Walking distance to sunset strip. Great for walking around, and shopping. West Hollywood here is really nice.

I am born and raised in Hollywood, CA., and a musician, mostly gay, male, older but youthful, and really nice, caring and considerate.
