About the room
Gorgeous newly renovated mid century condo with two balconies and central HVAC. Carpeting in the bedrooms, hardwood flooring in the living room+ kitchen and tile in the bathrooms. The building has a pool, hot tub, laundry room, and secured parking (one spot included). We have the highest speed internet you can get in this neighborhood.
Your room is a large, southern facing room with windows running the entire length of one wall: tons of light! Already furnished with a bed, nightstands, closet organizers and a desk/chair setup. Tons of storage. You have your own brand-new bathroom with skylight, rain shower bathtub.
The neighborhood is extremely walkable. It’s an easy walk to: Trader Joe’s, Gelson’s, Barry’s, John Reed, Equinox, the weho bars and much more.
About the roomies
We’re a gay couple who recently moved to LA from NYC. One is in his mid twenties the other in his mid thirties.
We really like having the energy of a roommate around.
We recently rescued a dog: she doesn’t bark and she loves to play and cuddle.
One of us works from home the other is hybrid. We keep it quiet on weekdays but are more social on the weekends. You should be too. We love cooking big meals in the large kitchen and sometimes having friends over for dinners, board games, or pre-games.
