About the room
The area is West Hollywood, and it’s really nice here. It is its own city. I am actually hoping someone will pay and get in here; this awesome, in an awesome part of west hollywood. It’s a great chance for someone and i can keep this apt. Otherwise I will be on here looking myself. This is a pretty magical area. One can walk to most anything here; and lots of safe street parking. The property is really nice, has a gym, pool on the roof, w&d on all floors(takes credit/debit card). Big balcony here that’s real nice; I’m on the street side which is really nice for all the natural light, space, view, trees, hills. The room is really nice, clean. The bathroom we share but it’s right next to your room, (which is actually set aside space for your room), and it locks, has ceiling fan, and heater. It’s chic, hippie, shared, zen living. peaceful, clean, good vibes, safe, sane, ceiling fan in kitchen area. I live in the living room, with Lisa’ my 14 yr old Maltese doggy. She’s not a barker, she’s hypoallergenic, good for people with allergies. Really sweet, clean, groomed, she’ll love ya’. but she’s reserved, and doesn’t come at ya’, she’s an easy going doggy. Just ask if I’ve left anything out, and I will edit as I go along. Peace
About the roomies
i live here with Lisa’, and that’s it. I don’t have company here. I m a musician, and entrepreneur. I’m an adult/older. I have a background check avail. current ca. dr. Lic. I’m a gender fluid, pan, gay,(not a macho type), guy. Quiet, easy going, really nice, decent , respectful, comfortable with myself, and to be around. I’m a music, hippie vibe. Intelligent., creative. I am renting out now to save this apt., it’s an awesome place, and the convenience to venues, work, and totally walkable. I rent to females because I feel safer.; however if you are a young gay male it may be ok but let’s talk it’s not a real big place. I m open to answer any questions you may have. Also this is my hometown, born and raised; went to Hollywood high school. Still here. Peace and best, thank you.
