I am renting my unfurnished master bedroom in the heart of West Hollywood off Fairfax and Santa Monica Bld for $1600. That includes utilities and internet. The apartment is spacious! The room comes with its own private bathroom and shower. You will be sharing the apartment with me as ill be staying in the smaller room. The apartment is walking distance to all the clubs, bars and restaurants that West Hollywood is known for. A whole foods is right across the street. The building is secured and in one of the best neighborhoods in West Hollywood. We have a pool and laundry on site. Parking is street parking and I will have a yearly pass made for you.

About me- My name is Matthew and I am from Ohio originally. I am a gay male 35. I am professional makeup artist of 15 years I’m also a musician and screenplay writer. I am very laid back and easy going. I don’t have pets and this is a pet free apartment for me. I am a night owl so if you are too great if not I am generally pretty quiet. I like to stay active and busy so you probably wont see me a whole lot. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask.
