Bathroom shared with one other woman and when guests are over. (Couple upstairs with own bathroom). Laundry available in home. Street parking. Walking distance to bus stops. Two dogs, one cat, and one foster dog in the home. One dog or cat welcome in the home if they get along with current pets.

Tanya is a singer and plays guitar (doesn’t do it in the house much). Used to be a teacher, now an editor. David works in book publishing. We like to have fun. We entertain, not a ton. But we have a friend over for dinner or to watch a movie about once a week. We have a calendar in the kitchen so everyone knows when guests are over. Nice backyard space that is shared with everyone, hot tub back there as well. We are very community oriented and so is the neighborhood. If someone wants to be included in that, great, but we of course don’t expect that.
