Partially furnished optional room available. All furniture except for the bed can come out if wanted. Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and large closet. Home shared with one other female housemate. Laundry and backyard space available. Driveway parking. Location is best for someone with a bike or a car. An additional bedroom is available (green room) for an office or workout space if wanted (no additional charge.) One dog and one cat in the home. Provider is open to accepting one other dog into the home.
Bills will be anywhere from $40-$90 per person per month, depending on PG&E.

I work, and I am typically home around 5-6pm. I walk my dog. I like to swim. I am a type 1 diabetic, so there are occasional beeps and alarms in the home - it’s not too loud, but I want someone to be aware of that. I am friendly. I love planting and working in my garden. I am active, enjoy biking, walks, and nature.
