Hi, I have a private furnished bedroom available in a gated condo community within walking distance to Fresno State (cross streets: Shaw and Cedar). I am looking for a responsible housemate. There is no room sharing, no guests, no pets, and no drugs allowed.
The rent is $600 per month, and a security deposit is required. The room is a private bedroom with a lock, and the bathroom is shared. The unit is furnished and move-in ready, and it includes an in-unit washer and dryer. Utilities such as water, garbage, and internet are included, while PG&E for gas and electricity is split.
Applicants must have a clean background, provide proof of income, and have a credit score of 680 or higher.
About us: We are three clean, quiet, respectful working professionals (all male) with full-time jobs. We rarely cook, don’t host guests, and keep the place peaceful. Just mainly work and sleep. We’re looking for someone similar, clean, quiet, drama-free, respectful, and someone who doesn’t cook. Great fit for a traveling professional or someone who just needs a calm, stable place to live. Only four people total will live in the condo, including you.
The preferred stay is six months or longer. After that, the lease can be renewed or converted into a month-to-month agreement. The only thing about this room is that it’s located close to the bathroom, so you’ll hear everything if someone is using it. The price is low to reflect that.
Street parking is available on Rialto Avenue near 107 E Rialto Ave in Fresno, though this is not the exact property address.
