A furnished master bedroom is available for rent in a quiet cul-de-sac near Ben Maddox Way and K Ave in Visalia. The house is only minutes from shops, restaurants, clinics, and Kaweah Delta Hospital. We’re looking for one housemate only. No couples, no pets, no drugs, and no parties or large gatherings.
The rent is $925/month with a $600 security deposit. Utilities are included, including water, garbage, internet, gas, and electricity (please just be mindful during the summer months). The room is move-in ready, furnished, includes its own lock, and has a private bathroom. The washer and dryer are inside the house. Kitchen use is limited, so this setup is best for someone who does not cook. Also, no guest.
The master bedroom is spacious. If you are only in town for work and staying a few days per week, rent is negotiable, since I would like to continue storing a few larger items in the room.
Preferably looking for a working professional since everyone is a working professional, works full-time, and keeps to themselves. The house has 4 bedrooms total. We’re all clean, respectful, quiet, drama-free, and value a peaceful living environment (Hope you are the same). This setup is ideal for someone looking for a comfortable place to sleep and rest, especially for out-of-area workers or traveling professionals.
Applicants must have a clean background, proof of income or pay stubs, and a credit score of 700 or higher. I’m preferably looking for someone who plans to stay at least 6 months or longer.

We are a household of full-time working professionals (male) with busy schedules, so the environment stays quiet and relaxed. We mostly keep to ourselves, and none of us cooks, so the kitchen is rarely used. Everyone here is clean, respectful, and considerate of shared spaces. Looking for someone who’s also like that.
