Hi! I have a private furnished bedroom available in a gated condo community within walking distance of Fresno State, near Shaw and Cedar. I’m looking for a responsible, respectful housemate. This room is intended for one person only, with no room sharing, no guests, no pets, and no drugs.
The rent is $625 per month, and a security deposit is required. The bedroom is private, furnished, move-in ready, and includes its own lock for added privacy. You’ll also have a reserved parking space inside the gated community. The bathroom is shared, and the condo includes an in-unit washer and dryer. Water, garbage, and internet are included in the rent. PG&E (gas and electricity) is split among four residents (if one moves out, then it’ll be split among 3 residents, etc.) and averages approximately $40 per month, with winter bills typically being lower. Kitchen use is limited, so this arrangement is best suited for someone who does no cooking.
Applicants must have a clean background, proof of income, and a credit score of 680 or higher.
A little about us: We are three clean, quiet, and respectful working professionals, all male, with full-time jobs. We keep a peaceful home environment, do not host guests, and generally spend most of our time working and sleeping. We’re looking for someone with a similar lifestyle who is clean, quiet, respectful, drama-free, and ideally does not cook. This would be a great fit for a traveling professional or anyone looking for a calm and stable place to live. There will only be four people living in the condo total, including you.
We’re looking for someone who plans to stay for at least six months. After that, the lease may be renewed or converted to a month-to-month arrangement.
