My home is 8 miles south on Walker Rd past Costco. It is a 3 acres property with Lynx Creek running through it. Get away from the traffic and enjoy the montain air see the deer and walk to the creek and enjoy the outdoors. Many trails and places to hike or bike ride. This furnished room is the master bedroom in my home and has a king size bed. The room 16x16 has a walk in closet, built in book shelf and 2 windows facing the creek. There is a master bath with garden tub and shower. It will be a month to month rental to make sure it is a good fit. Quiet home and no drama. Open to shorter term or long term.
My son 25 and 22 live there and another male room mate. They work and mainly are in their rooms. I am a 59 female Christian who is away at this time. We have a gentle Great Pyrenees dog and a cat. I don’t smoke, vape, 420 or use drugs and prefer the same in a roommate. Everyone is to clean up after themselves in common area. Clean and respectful of home and electricity as floors recently had wood floors refinished. Parking is on my property. Prefer no visitors.
