The home is 8 miles south of Costco off Walker Rd it is on 3 acres on the creek. It is 5 miles past Lynx creek with dirt bike trails, mountain bike trails and plenty places to walk. Spacious room 14x14 with a queen size bed. You will see deer and turkeys and get out of the city. It is inside Prescott National forest with trails and a path on the property. There are stairs in the home. I will do a month to month to make sure it is a good fit and continue the month to month.
I live in my home. One of my sons 22 lives in the home and works 1-9p. The other roommate is a male and is quiet and respectful and keeps to himself and works 9-5. We have a cat. I don’t smoke, vape, 420 or use drugs and prefer the same in a roommate. Our home stays organized and clean and everyone is expected to clean up after themselves in common areas and keep their room tidy and conscious of electricity. Parking is on my property. Prefer no visitors
