The home is 8 miles south of Costco off Walker Rd it is on 3 acres on the creek. It is 5 miles past Lynx creek with dirt bike trails, mountain bike trails and plenty places to walk. Spacious room 14x14 with a queen size bed. You will see deer and turkeys and get out of the city. It is inside Prescott National forest with trails and a path on the property. There are stairs in the home. I will do a month to month to make sure it is a good fit and continue the month to month.
I am a 59 year old female and my son 22 lives in the home. We have a Great Pyrenees laid back dog. I also have a cat. I don’t smoke, vape, 420 or use drugs and prefer the same in a roommate. If you vape outside that would be fine. I am away right now but usually in the home when I am there. Our home stays organized and clean as possible 95% of the time. Parking is on my property. Prefer no visitors.
