I have two small dogs that live with me and sometimes my daughter. I am looking for a roommate that is female, employed outside of the home. Not looking for more than one person in this room. Kitchen space area just for you. Shared laundry room the bathroom is basically yours but it’s also in case my mother stops by so it needs to be clean. Yes I would like the whole house to stay clean. All utilities are included. I pay much less than 200 $ for electricity but unless the laws change or. The unity company has some great change anything over 200.00 would be paid by you. ( I had a roommate that left an electric heater on all the time and my bill went up 100$). I am looking for a single person without someone else spending the night. Hope you understand.
