Female Room mate wanted (Not a male )in a single family home All utilities are included unless there is a drastic change in the bill. Which I don’t think will be a problem unless you let an electric heater on all day and night. ( true story ) The house is located in Cameron village 707 and bay road. I am looking for a single working female with no animals. Please do not apply if you have animals. I have two dogs already They are small dogs and I don’t want any more. There is a small refrigerator in the room and I just bought a freezer so there won’t be a space issue. I have internet but not cable tv but have several subscriptions and a antenna. there is a community pool, club house, pickleball courts , basketball courts and a hot tub on premises .No drugs except for prescription, no smoking in the house .No overnight stay overs this is for one person only Please have references, please be employed, and comfortable with dogs. The room is for one individual only. Again please don’t apply if there is more than one individual. The bathroom is basically yours except on rare occasions I have my mother over or an occasional person. So yes it has to be clean . Right now I have two rooms empty still am only looking for one person One is finished and one is not. So there is an option of renting a furnished or unfinished room.
