There is two suites the other side of the house that is a male owner with an older dog. That is not there a lot
because of work. Very private and quiet area in Conway. You would have your own room /suite with a private entrance. Large bedroom, large closet, and large bathroom on one side of the home. The utility are included. Just have to pay for your own food. And split cleaning supplies There is a second room next to the rentable room that is available to rent for an additional fee. But does not have access to bathroom So if you had a child. Possible single parent .
Also a shed is available to rent storage. Pool and hot tube and grill are also shared features. There is also plenty of room on the property for all of your large toys 😝 Boat, motorcycle, etc There is also la fenced in area for dogs. Making it possible for another dog. But it depends on if the two get along If you like the quiet on a large piece of property with no hoa. This is a great location in Conway if interested or have any questions you can contact Kevin.

There is one single male over 50 with an Indian motorcycle. Works a lot so he isn’t home often.
