Welcome to this home in the northern most part of Marietta! The location is excellent, within 10-20 minutes to Woodstock, and Kennesaw, and I-75.
The home is 2,100 square feet and has 2 floors. The top floor is where I live. The downstairs, finished in-law suite, has its own kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, all hardwood floors, and comes with all appliances. It will not be furnished. And most importantly, it has its own locks and keys.
The only parts of the home that we would share are the 2 car garage, and the downstairs washer/dryer.
Utilities are not included, and would vary from $100-$175 per person depending on the utility usage. I am very utility conscious, so we can definitely keep it on the lower end.

You would only share the home with 1 other person, me… Hey! I am a 32 year old male with a full time job in the tech sector, and my own business in real estate. Although we would have our own separate floors, a requirement in a “house-mate” is someone that appreciates a quiet and peaceful living environment.
