No smoking allowed in the house. No pets allowed. Appliances and access: You would have access to all appliances and shared rooms including the garage, kitchen, living room, and dining room. Shared appliances include: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washer and dryer, nest thermostat, and 800 Mb internet

Security:

Each bedroom has individual locks / keys, and you would get a copy of it along with a key for access to the house.
