About the house: No smoking allowed in the house. No pets allowed as there are already 2 cats.

The home has a 2-car garage, has a spacious porch, a large backyard

Appliances and access: You would have access to all appliances and shared rooms including the basement, garage, kitchen, living room with chimney, and dining room.

Shared appliances include: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washer and dryer, nest thermostat, and 1Gb internet

Security: Each bedroom has individual locks / keys, and you would get a copy of it along with a key for access to the house.
