We have a room available for immediate occupancy that is fully furnished. Minimum 6 months commitment but preferred long-term, month-to-month-no contract and with 50% security deposit. The house is two-story, 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bath, approximately 2,468 SF. The monthly rent would be $900/mo including all utilities (electric, water/sewer, trash and WIFI) and you have access to the entire house amenities. The bedroom has small walk-in closet, a desk with chair, with upgraded full size bedding sets and decors, including 40“ ROKU HDTV that can be use as computer monitor as well. Bathroom and laundry supplies are also provided free, and free coffee as well.
Two other roommates are long-term (4 and 5 years), this proves they are happy and content living here. The owner (me) only live here for 3 to 4 months per year since I divided my personal time to four places: Dallas, Baltimore, Fort Lauderdale and Cebu.
