We two rooms available for immediate occupancy that is fully furnished. Minimum 6 months commitment but preferred long-term. The house is two-story, 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bath, approximately 2,468 SF. The monthly rent would be $1200/mo for the Master Bedroom and $925/mo for the regular bedroom, including all utilities (electric, water/sewer, trash and WIFI) and you have access to the entire house amenities. The Master has a private large bathroom with double vanities, double-walk-in closet, a sitting-area (loveseat, chair and coffee table), executive desk and chair, with queen bedding sets and decors, including 55“ HDTV and 40“ ROKU HDTV that can be use as computer monitor as well. Bathroom and laundry supplies are also provided free, and free coffee as well.
The house is located in East Plano, 12 miles to downtown Dallas, 3 miles to Watter Creek Shopping Center ( Allen), 8 miles to Stonebriar Mall (Frisco), 3.4 miles to Collins County College and 6.5 miles to Shops at Legacy; and is luxurious in décor and tidy, and we understand and respect another person’s space and preference. We are always quiet, pet-less, bugs-less, no party, non-smoker, non-drug user, no drama. Periodical maintenance are done in the house, so it is in perfect condition. Community is patrol by a dedicated police officer.
I’m retired professional only staying in TX less than 4 months per year, 2 others roommates who are organized, quiet and works alot. ALl are long-terms, 4.5 yrs and 3 yrs living in the property.
